Interesting tidbit:
"The earliest calendar date on which Easter can fall is March 22, and the latest date is April 25. Easter therefore takes place unusually early this year, as its 2008 date of occurrence is March 23. The last time Easter fell on so early a date was 1913, and the next time it will do so will be in the year 2160…Seeing Easter fall on the earliest possible date, March 22, is an experience that has not been, and (barring some remarkable breakthroughs in longevity) will not be, witnessed by anyone alive today: It last occurred in the year 1818, and it will not happen again until 2285." the fall semester for Greek 101.
Greek 102 is a continuation of Greek 101 with the identical course
structure.
One feature that you
will want to take advantage of this semester -- the
Web
Gradebook.
Access this under the Your Choices on the left side of your screen. Once you complete the Student Profile form, you will receive a unique USER ID and PASSWORD. These will be different from Greek 101. |
One additional element, however, is added for Greek 102: a word study paper, designed to acquaint you with the tools for understanding the meaning of Greek words that occur in the New Testament. For details, click on Word Study Paper on the left side of your screen.
You should already have the textbooks for this course, if you bought the three texts for Greek 101, since the textbooks are the same for both semesters. This is one course this semester that won't cost you any money textbook wise!
