h] pw'" duvnataiv ti" eijselqei'n eij" th;n oijkivan tou' ijscurou' kai; ta; skeuvh aujtou' aJrpavsai, eja;n mh; prw'ton dhvsh/ to;n ijscurovn;  kai; tovte th;n oijkivan aujtou' diarpavsei. Or how can one enter a strong man's house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man? Then indeed he may plunder his house.

21 o&tan oJ ijscuro;" kaqwplismevno" fulavssh/ th;n eJautou' aujlhvn, ejn eijrhvnh/ ejsti;n ta; uJpavrconta aujtou'. 22 ejpa;n de; ijscurovtero" aujtou' ejpelqw;n nikhvsh/ aujtovn, th;n panoplivan aujtou' ai[rei ejf j h|/ ejpepoivqei kai; ta; sku'la aujtou' diadivdwsin. 21 When a strong man, fully armed, guards his own palace, his goods are in peace; 22 but when one stronger than he assails him and overcomes him, he takes away his armor in which he trusted, and divides his spoil.
