15 Jesus, aware of this, withdrew from there.
And many followed him, and he healed them all, 16 and ordered them not
to make him known. 17 This was to fulfil what was spoken by the prophet
Isaiah: 18 "Behold, my servant whom I have chosen, my beloved with whom
my soul is well pleased. I will put my Spirit upon him, and he shall proclaim
justice to the Gentiles. 19 He will not wrangle or cry aloud, nor
will any one hear his voice in the streets;
20 he will not break a bruised reed or quench
a smoldering wick, till he brings justice to victory; 21 and in his name
will the Gentiles hope." |

7 Jesus withdrew with his disciples to the sea, and a great multitude
from Galilee followed; also from Judea 8 and Jerusalem and Idumea and from
beyond the Jordan and from about Tyre and Sidon a great multitude, hearing
all
that he did, came to him. 9 And he told his disciples to have
a boat ready for him because of the crowd, lest they should crush him;
10 for he had healed many, so that all who had diseases pressed upon him
to touch him. 11 And whenever the unclean spirits beheld him, they
fell down before him and cried out, "You are the Son of God." 12
And he strictly ordered them not to make him known. |

17 And he came down with them and stood on a level place, with a great
crowd of his disciples and a great multitude of people from all Judea and
Jerusalem and the seacoast of Tyre and Sidon, who came to hear him and
to be healed of their diseases; 18 and those who were troubled with unclean
spirits were cured. 19 And all the crowd sought to touch him, for
power came forth from him and healed them all. |
